The Tonight page should answer one question without making a visitor search: what is happening at 35 East this evening? When an event is confirmed, the useful facts are the date, time, performer or match, room, doors, ticket status and any age or access notes. When nothing is confirmed, the board says so directly and points to the Next Nights calendar instead of manufacturing an announcement.
A concert venue and sports bar needs clear format labels. A live set should lead to the performer and the Stage; a match night should lead to the Match Room and viewing guidance; a fan event should connect with its community format. The visitor should understand the type of night before reading a long description.
Once the event is chosen, the practical route is Tickets & Tables, then Food & Drinks and Get Here. That sequence mirrors the way people actually plan a night out and keeps the historical archive separate from current status.
If you are exploring earlier performances rather than tonight, use Past Nights. The dated archive keeps old events easy to find without allowing an old appearance to look like a current booking.
